Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,024 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS29-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPN11, OAS3, and PPP1CC. Each is linked with VPS29 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS29-to-partner and partner-to-VPS29 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS29 versus PTPN11 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS29→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
