VPS29

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS29 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,226 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS29-associated genes across cancer lineages are HPS1, TMEM97, and IGF2BP3. Each is linked with VPS29 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS29-to-partner and partner-to-VPS29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS29 versus HPS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS29→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
