VPS29

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS29 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 116 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS29-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGN2P16, RNA5SP414, and SNORD32B. Each is linked with VPS29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS29-to-partner and partner-to-VPS29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGN2P16 grouped by VPS29-low versus VPS29-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS29→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
