VPS29

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS29 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS29-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2 and Ku80. Each is linked with VPS29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS29-to-partner and partner-to-VPS29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by VPS29-low versus VPS29-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS29→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
