VPS26A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS26A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,902 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS26A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIFBP, DDX50, and PARG. Each is linked with VPS26A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS26A-to-partner and partner-to-VPS26A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS26A versus KIFBP in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS26A→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS26A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
