VPS16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,753 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NSFL1C, CRNKL1, and XRN2. Each is linked with VPS16 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS16-to-partner and partner-to-VPS16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS16→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
