Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS16 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS16-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, c-Met_pY1235, and JNK2. Each is linked with VPS16 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS16-to-partner and partner-to-VPS16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS16→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
