VPS16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,800 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS16-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCED1A, PTPRA, and STK35. Each is linked with VPS16 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS16-to-partner and partner-to-VPS16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS16→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
