Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,840 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, Positive regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, and Regulation of peroxisome organization. Each is linked with VPS16 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS16-to-partner and partner-to-VPS16 results are reported.
