Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS16-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR27, MINAR2, and IDI2. Each is linked with VPS16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS16-to-partner and partner-to-VPS16 results are reported.
