VPS13D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS13D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,759 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS13D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDAH1, EIF2S2, and EIF5B_S1168. Each is linked with VPS13D in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS13D-to-partner and partner-to-VPS13D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VPS13D versus DDAH1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS13D→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS13D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
