Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VPS13D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,101 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS13D-associated genes across cancer lineages are HPF1, LCORL, and PTMAP4. Each is linked with VPS13D in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS13D-to-partner and partner-to-VPS13D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HPF1 grouped by VPS13D-low versus VPS13D-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS13D→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS13D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
