The most reproducible VPS13D-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, Caveolin-1, and PDCD4. Each is linked with VPS13D in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS13D-to-partner and partner-to-VPS13D results are reported.
