Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS13D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,877 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VPS13D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vacuolar transport, Negative regulation of autophagy, and Golgi vesicle transport. Each is linked with VPS13D in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS13D-to-partner and partner-to-VPS13D results are reported.
