Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, VPS13D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,767 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VPS13D-associated genes across cancer lineages are MFAP3L, SLC25A11, and MFN2. Each is linked with VPS13D in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VPS13D-to-partner and partner-to-VPS13D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MFAP3L grouped by VPS13D-low versus VPS13D-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VPS13D→partner) and Y-score (partner→VPS13D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
