VOPP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VOPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,670 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VOPP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1S, CALU, and LANCL2. Each is linked with VOPP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VOPP1-to-partner and partner-to-VOPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VOPP1 versus C1S in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VOPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VOPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
