Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VOPP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,445 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VOPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL39, ZDHHC12, and FAM83H. Each is linked with VOPP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VOPP1-to-partner and partner-to-VOPP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VOPP1 versus RPL39 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VOPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VOPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
