VOPP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VOPP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 481 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VOPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-752P, MIR4510, and RN7SKP103. Each is linked with VOPP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VOPP1-to-partner and partner-to-VOPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-752P grouped by VOPP1-low versus VOPP1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VOPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VOPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
