Across TCGA cell cohorts, VOPP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VOPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10W1 and SIGLECL1. Each is linked with VOPP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VOPP1-to-partner and partner-to-VOPP1 results are reported.
