Across TCGA patient cohorts, VN1R81P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,154 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VN1R81P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine acetylation, Protein acetylation, and RNA-templated DNA biosynthetic process. Each is linked with VN1R81P in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VN1R81P-to-partner and partner-to-VN1R81P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-lysine acetylation grouped by VN1R81P-low versus VN1R81P-high in UVM.
