Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, VN1R36P RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated VN1R36P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher VN1R36P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated VN1R36P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and ACC are the cancer types where VN1R36P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
