Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, VN1R33P RNA is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated VN1R33P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher VN1R33P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated VN1R33P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC are the cancer types where VN1R33P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
