Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, VN1R10P Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated VN1R10P data layer compared with 8 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher VN1R10P Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated VN1R10P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA and TGCT are the cancer types where VN1R10P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
