Across TCGA patient cohorts, VN1R1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,484 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VN1R1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM28, SAE1, and USP39. Each is linked with VN1R1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VN1R1-to-partner and partner-to-VN1R1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VN1R1 versus TRIM28 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
