VMO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VMO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,569 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VMO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCF2, MYO1F, and VSIG4. Each is linked with VMO1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VMO1-to-partner and partner-to-VMO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VMO1 versus NCF2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VMO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VMO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
