Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VMO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 294 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VMO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1203, GCSHP2, and PSAT1P4. Each is linked with VMO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VMO1-to-partner and partner-to-VMO1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1203 grouped by VMO1-low versus VMO1-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VMO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VMO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
