Across TCGA cell cohorts, VMO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,172 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VMO1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Flagellated sperm motility, Folic acid-containing compound biosynthetic process, and Programmed cell death in response to reactive oxygen species. Each is linked with VMO1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VMO1-to-partner and partner-to-VMO1 results are reported.
