Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, VMO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VMO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10C1, CCDC63, and OR5V1. Each is linked with VMO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VMO1-to-partner and partner-to-VMO1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10C1 grouped by VMO1-low versus VMO1-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VMO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VMO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
