Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VMAC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,653 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VMAC-associated genes across cancer lineages are TACC3, UBE2C, and SEPTIN14P12. Each is linked with VMAC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VMAC-to-partner and partner-to-VMAC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VMAC→partner) and Y-score (partner→VMAC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
