Across TCGA cell cohorts, VMAC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,815 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VMAC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, Cilium movement involved in cell motility, and Cilium-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with VMAC in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VMAC-to-partner and partner-to-VMAC results are reported.
