Across TCGA patient cohorts, VLDLR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,288 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VLDLR-associated genes across cancer lineages are VLDLR-AS1, RASGRP2, and SNX31. Each is linked with VLDLR in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VLDLR-to-partner and partner-to-VLDLR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VLDLR versus VLDLR-AS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
