VLDLR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VLDLR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 215 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VLDLR-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10G4, NEIL2, and CENPVL3. Each is linked with VLDLR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VLDLR-to-partner and partner-to-VLDLR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10G4 grouped by VLDLR-low versus VLDLR-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VLDLR→partner) and Y-score (partner→VLDLR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
