Across TCGA cell cohorts, VKORC1L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,398 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VKORC1L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-glutamic acid carboxylation, Protein carboxylation, and Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes. Each is linked with VKORC1L1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VKORC1L1-to-partner and partner-to-VKORC1L1 results are reported.
