Across TCGA patient cohorts, VKORC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,419 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VKORC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FKBP10, IKBIP, and P4HA1. Each is linked with VKORC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VKORC1-to-partner and partner-to-VKORC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VKORC1 versus FKBP10 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
