Across TCGA cell cohorts, VKORC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,087 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VKORC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion, Peptidyl-lysine oxidation, and Collagen biosynthetic process. Each is linked with VKORC1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VKORC1-to-partner and partner-to-VKORC1 results are reported.
