VIPR2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VIPR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,285 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VIPR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AKAP12_S612, KANK2, and MYEF2. Each is linked with VIPR2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VIPR2-to-partner and partner-to-VIPR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VIPR2 versus AKAP12_S612 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VIPR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→VIPR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
