Across TCGA patient cohorts, VIPR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 266 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VIPR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL14, RNH1, and PSMB5. Each is linked with VIPR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VIPR2-to-partner and partner-to-VIPR2 results are reported.
