Across TCGA patient cohorts, VIPR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VIPR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and ACC_pS79. Each is linked with VIPR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VIPR2-to-partner and partner-to-VIPR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by VIPR2-low versus VIPR2-high in UCEC.
