VIPR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, VIPR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,055 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VIPR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL3, RPL5, and SEPTIN4. Each is linked with VIPR1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VIPR1-to-partner and partner-to-VIPR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VIPR1 versus RPL3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VIPR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VIPR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
