Across TCGA patient cohorts, VIPR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,119 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VIPR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MANBA, TFEB, and SATB2. Each is linked with VIPR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VIPR1-to-partner and partner-to-VIPR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VIPR1 versus MANBA in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
