Across TCGA patient cohorts, VIPR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,412 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VIPR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP60, RN7SL201P, and TMEM138. Each is linked with VIPR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VIPR1-to-partner and partner-to-VIPR1 results are reported.
