Across TCGA patient cohorts, VIPR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VIPR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGFBP2, mTOR_pS2448, and P-Cadherin. Each is linked with VIPR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VIPR1-to-partner and partner-to-VIPR1 results are reported.
