Across TCGA cell cohorts, VIPR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,172 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VIPR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of clathrin coat assembly, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with VIPR1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VIPR1-to-partner and partner-to-VIPR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of clathrin coat assembly grouped by VIPR1-low versus VIPR1-high in URINARY_TRACT.
