Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, VIPR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VIPR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A4A, DEFA4, and TBC1D21. Each is linked with VIPR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VIPR1-to-partner and partner-to-VIPR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MS4A4A grouped by VIPR1-low versus VIPR1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VIPR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→VIPR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
