Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VIPAS39 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VIPAS39-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, PDK1_pS241, and eEF2. Each is linked with VIPAS39 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VIPAS39-to-partner and partner-to-VIPAS39 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by VIPAS39-low versus VIPAS39-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VIPAS39→partner) and Y-score (partner→VIPAS39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
