Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, VIPAS39 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,105 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VIPAS39-associated genes across cancer lineages are AREL1, ZFYVE1, and TTLL5. Each is linked with VIPAS39 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VIPAS39-to-partner and partner-to-VIPAS39 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VIPAS39 versus AREL1 in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VIPAS39→partner) and Y-score (partner→VIPAS39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
