VIPAS39

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VIPAS39 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VIPAS39-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6P1, SCGB1C1, and ADGRA1. Each is linked with VIPAS39 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VIPAS39-to-partner and partner-to-VIPAS39 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6P1 grouped by VIPAS39-low versus VIPAS39-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VIPAS39→partner) and Y-score (partner→VIPAS39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
