Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, VILL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,313 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible VILL-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLS1, CAPN5, and LINC01559. Each is linked with VILL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VILL-to-partner and partner-to-VILL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, VILL versus PLS1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VILL→partner) and Y-score (partner→VILL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
