The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher VHLL Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated VHLL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THYM and LUSC are the cancer types where VHLL Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
