VHLL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, VHLL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,288 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible VHLL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to centrosome, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with VHLL in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both VHLL-to-partner and partner-to-VHLL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (VHLL→partner) and Y-score (partner→VHLL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
